Pay per click (PPC) is an advertising model used on search engines where you only pay when a user actually clicks on your ad to visit your website. We bid on keywords used by buyers/sellers when they are looking for home information online. When a user types a keyword query matching our keyword list, your ad may be shown. These ads appear next to or above the "natural" or organic results on search engine results pages (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pay_per_click).

For your convenience and to avoid multiple charges during the month we have developed an easy billing process. Your card will be charged your budgeted amount on the same day of each month. You wont be over charged and you can plan your budget accordingly because your charges will be consistent each month.
The fees associated with your account are as follows. There is a set up fee. Certified Google Professionals manage your account for 20% of your ad spend. If you suspend your account, i.e. pause all ads, then your account will be charged $1.00 per day until it is either deactivated or you resume your ad spend. If your account is suspended without ad spend balance it will deactivated after 7 days. Accounts that are deactivated will need to pay a reactivation fee to start using the account again.

GeoTargeting is a term used to describe localized search engine advertising. You select the areas that you want to advertise in and we set up the search engine advertisment to trigger only when the prospect searches from within that defined area or is specifically searching for your services in that area. The benefit is that you don't pay for clicks from outside your target area.

We recommend 5 to 7 GeoTargets in your area to start with.
Suggestion: Do not select GeoTargets in areas that you do not work in.
Click Fraud is something that we take seriously and watch very closely for. We have multiple levels of protection. The first and most advanced Click Fraud protection available is provided by the search engines themselves. The second is our own system which checks for click fraud and records all click thru activity. If we discover fraudulant click thrus we will submit an official report to the Search Engine and replenish any credits to your account that were deducted as a result of fraudulant clicks.
This is our most commonly asked question. Ads are not normally delivered 100% of the time and this is normal. Hundreds(maybe thousands) of searches are performed in your area every day. Google uses an algorithm to determine how much it must display your ad in order to meet your set daily budget. Placement and triggering of an ad are controlled by the Google ad server and it is a function of ad spend and total budget. Not to worry. Our system is non-biased and in every area there are generally many advertisers like radio and TV. The amount of advertising that we sell in a given area is a function of the number of searches performed in that area and is proportional to the size of the market. If we determine that the area has become saturated, i.e. the maximum number of impressions and clicks has been met then we will stop selling ad space in that area.
Typically there are many, sometimes hundreds of companies advertising in a large markets. When there is overlap and we are prevented from displaying multiple ads we use our proprietary processes to run the ads so our cutomers are not competeing in a way that increases click costs. Each agents ad is ditributed evenly within our process and each agents ads are delivered without bias.
No. We consider our keywords sets proprietary trade secret and the only competitive advantage we have in our industry. We have invested many hours and dollars into our keywrod creation and our terms specify that these keywords/phrases cannot be shared nor mined by using any technology for the purpose of supplying the information to competitors or using that information for creating your own campaigns.
No. We do not give clients or competitors direct access to the accounts, campaigns, through direct login or MCC accounts. Accounts hold all the information, keywords, negatives, campaign targeting and structure we consider proprietary. We can give access to the Google analytics associated with an account. Set up fees will apply.
We are not a Third-Party lead generation company. We do not collect lead information from prospective clients. We send prospects directly from Google and our search partners to landing page of your choice. Your website should have lead capture technology (most do) that will notify you in some way that a lead was collected. Contact your website provider to find out more about lead capture technologies that they provide.
Absolutely not! You are not obligated to commit for any period of time. You may cancel your account at any time. You should however understand that this is an advertising program. Even though our program can deliver instantly, our internal optimization process will enhance your ad performance over time. We are constantly improving your ad performance through various forms of ad testing (split testing) and keyword refinement for your local area.
